Dinex’s team of catalyst and application specialists is developing advanced solutions to meet future energy and transportation requirements.
Step into the Dinex Catalyst Laboratory in Bayreuth, Germany – a hub of cutting-edge research and development in catalyst technologies for on- and off-road applications.
Dinex’s catalyst portfolio spans heavy-duty on-road and off-road applications, serving to engines of all sizes. Our solutions are designed for diesel and natural gas engines, ensuring compliance with current emission standards such as Euro VI, EPA 24, Stage V, and Tier 4f. In anticipation of future targets like Euro 7, EPA 27, Stage VI, and Tier 5, our R&D team has engineered innovative formulations and catalyst solutions—including advanced oxidation catalysts and a two-stage selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system designed for ultra-low NOX emissions. Additionally, we are developing DeNOX solutions for hydrogen-powered internal combustion engines, with a ready solution based on ammonia SCR technology. Our R&D team continuously refines these innovative solutions to push the boundaries of emission reduction.
Tailored solutions for exact application, engine type, and regulatory need
Catalyst technology capabilities close to major OEMs ensure responsiveness and speed to market
Catalyst technologies developed to meet tomorrow’s emission standards across combustion, alternative fuels, and hybrid systems
For large engines and industrial combustion processes, we offer a diverse range of catalysts suitable for conventional fuels such as diesel and natural gas, as well as for hydrogen, methanol, ammonia, and other e-fuels.
Beyond emission reduction, Dinex is advancing new catalyst formulations and coating processes for catalytically coated membranes (CCM) used in PEM fuel cells, as well as for PEM and AEM electrolyzers.
