The Dinex SCR catalysts are engineered to meet the demands of future emission standards. Our holistic design includes resilient Cu-SCR, Fe-SCR and Vanadate SCR catalysts and can be used for various applications. With our Fe/Cu-SCR formulation high NOx conversion even after harsh thermal aging will be achieved. The Vanadate SCR formulation offers exceptional resistance to Sulphur poisoning and high THC levels for close-coupled position in the ATS.

On-Road - Light, Medium and Heavy Commercial

  • KSCR4.2LT at first SCR position as robust solution for high THC in regeneration modes and against Sulphur poisoning
  • KSCR4.2LT shows very low N2O formation in the low temperature operation window
  • KSCR4.2C is used as second SCR after the DPF to keep N2O formation low and with the use of NO2 from the DOC it shows high DeNOX activity
  • Combination with KSCR3.4 (Cu-SCR) on ASC
On Road

Off-Road - Construction & Agriculture

  • KSCR4.2LT or KSCR4.2C at first SCR position as robust solution for high THC in regeneration modes and against Sulphur poisoning
  • KSCR4.2LT/C show very low N2O formation in the low temperature operation window
  • KSCR5/KSCR3.4 (Fe/Cu-SCR) as second SCR after the DPF to ensure high thermal durability for DPF active regeneration events. The Fe/Cu combination keeps N2O formation low and with the use of NO2 from the DOC the DeNOX activity is at high level.
  • KSCR3.4 (Cu-SCR) is used on the ASC
