The unique pore structure of the DiSiCHP ensures a low back pressure at a high particle number (PN) filtration efficiency. This is achieved by combining a low pore size of 8 – 9μm with a high porosity of 54 – 57 %. The small pores below 10μm lead to a fast buildup of a soot cake layer on the inlet surface of the filter wall and reduces deep bed filtration. This leads to the effect of a low PN emission in all soot loading conditions and driving cycles. The porosity above 54% ensures the low back pressure.
• Future-proof regulatory compliance (Euro 7, BS7, Stage VI, Tier 5 & equivalent) • Low PN emissions in every situation (Fresh state, during regeneration, and right after)
• Reduces fuel consumption • Increases peak power output
• Capable in a wide range of applications and challenging conditions • Lower weight & faster SCR heat-up
