In this year’s report, we highlight our progress across 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
✅ 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 12% reduction in global Scope 1 & 2 emissions, reducing waste, and increasing the share of renewable energy, and
✅ 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥: Driving safer, healthier workplaces with record-low absence rates and stronger employee engagement through the Vision Zero project.
✅ 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Completion of all preparatory work for CSRD 2025 compliance, and enforcing a strong integration of ESG policies and metrics.

We also spotlight initiatives like:
🌱 Employee-driven proposals that led to 693 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 worldwide.
⚡ Intelligent energy savings, cutting nearly 240 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐎₂ 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫.
