Driving Continuous Improvement at Industry Level

We are proud to share that our Indian team recently participated in the NIQR Kaizen Competition 2026 – Chennai Chapter, an external forum dedicated to promoting Quality, Reliability, and Continuous Improvement across industries.

Organized by the National Institution for Quality & Reliability (NIQR) – one of India’s premier professional bodies in Quality and Reliability since 1987 – the competition brought together 111 teams from leading OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and manufacturing organizations to showcase structured improvement initiatives.

Under the 2026 theme, “Small Improvements, Sustainable Excellence,” our team presented two Kaizen projects focused on:

  • Reducing changeover time to enhance productivity and process stability
  • Improving First Time Right (FTR) performance through practical shop-floor innovation

Both projects were built on disciplined, data-driven problem-solving and strong cross-functional collaboration – core elements of the Dinex operational mindset.

Participating in platforms like NIQR enables valuable benchmarking, knowledge sharing, and external validation of our continuous improvement culture. We are proud of the team for representing Dinex with professionalism and technical excellence.
