Dinex Leak-tight Decoupling absorbs vibration, thermal expansion and displacements, as well as providing excellent insulation properties. Produced in lean one-piece flow with strict material control and IATF 16949 quality.
Dinex Leak-Tight Decoupling Elements are produced in a dedicated one-piece flow setup designed for both quality and efficiency. The production process moves seamlessly from raw coil input and precision winding to semi-automated sub-assembly and final robotized welding. This flow makes a cost-effective production, minimizes material waste, and reduces handling while ensuring repeatable, high-performance output - even for customized geometries and low-volume series.
All raw materials are sourced from certified suppliers and undergo incoming inspection. We process stainless steel into a variety of flexible tube element configurations, up to triple wall constructions. Tube diameters range from 77,5 mm (3") to 215 mm (8,5"), and lengths up to 2000 mm. In-house decoiling, slitting, and profiling ensure traceability, dimensional control, and reliable forming throughout production.
Our semi-automatic assembling process, robotized welding and in-line pressure testing systems ensure consistent joining quality and airtight performance. Every batch is subject to dimensional checks, weld penetration verification, and leakage testing. All processes are fully aligned with IATF 16949 standards, providing OEM customers with complete quality documentation and peace of mind.
